Ingredients

  • Apple (Stemilt) – 3 nos
  • Mint Leaves – handful
  • Lemon - 1 no
  • GInger Ale - to top up

Method

  1. Peel the apples. Extract fresh juice out of the 2 1/2 apples. Squeeze lemon juice in it immediately. Finely dice the remaining apple and add it to the juice.
  2. Bruise the mint leaves with a pestle, add it to 2 glasses. Pour an equal amount of apple juice in them. Top it up with chilled ginger ale. Serve chilled.
