Kunal will provide mentorship and guidance for all critical decisions while working closely with designers & kitchen architects on layouts & plans for restaurant and kitchen. Designing complete standard operating procedures in accordance with the brand requirement.

Chef Kunal has been actively involved in mentoring & training young chefs across the country. He is associated with top hotel management colleges in India and regularly holds sessions coaching the next generation of chefs.
