Avocado & Vanilla Srikhand
This is a refreshing yogurt dessert that has a whiff of vanilla and goodness of avocados.

Ingredients
- Avocado (ripe) - 2 nos
- Sugar (powdered) - 2 tbsp
- Yogurt thick (hung) - 2 cups
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Method
- Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into very small dices.
- Separately whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract till it is creamy and no lumps. Fold in the avocados and keep in refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
