This is a refreshing yogurt dessert that has a whiff of vanilla and goodness of avocados.

Ingredients

  • Avocado (ripe) - 2 nos
  • Sugar (powdered) - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt thick (hung) - 2 cups
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into very small dices.
  2. Separately whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract till it is creamy and no lumps. Fold in the avocados and keep in refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
