Ingredients

  • Bread slices – 4 nos
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Thyme – 1 sprig
  • Baby corn chopped – 1/4 cup
  • Egg – 1no
  • Cheese grated – 1 cup
  • Peppers chopped – 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Cut the sides of the bread. Using the rolling pin slightly flatten the soft bread. Line a muffin mould with the sliced bread. Push the bread to the corners of the mould.
  2. Place these moulds in a preheated oven for 2 mins at 180c.
  3. Remove and keep aside. Now mix together milk, egg, cheese, thyme, pepper, salt, chopped bell peppers and baby corn.
  4. Using a spoon fill the bread with this mixture. Now in a preheated oven bake the quiche at 180c for 12 mins.
  5. Remove and serve immediately.
