Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
- Oil – 1 tbl sp
- Broccoli florets – 1/2 cup
- Snow peas – 1/2cup
- Noodles boiled – 1 cup
- Pepper powder – to taste
- Chicken diced – 1 cup
- Soya sauce (optional) -1 tbl sp
- Garlic chopped – 2 tsp
- Red carrots sliced – 1/2 cup
- Babycorn sliced – cup
- Salt – to taste
- Chicken stock or water – 5 cups
- Sesame oil – 2 tsp
Method
- In a pot heat oil and saute garlic till light brown. Immediately add all the vegetables and saute for a minute. Now pour in the stock and give a boil. Lower the heat and add the chicken, noodles, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add sesame oil and remove. Serve hot.
