Ingredients

  • Oil – 1 tbl sp
  • Broccoli florets – 1/2 cup
  • Snow peas – 1/2cup
  • Noodles boiled – 1 cup
  • Pepper powder – to taste
  • Chicken diced – 1 cup
  • Soya sauce (optional) -1 tbl sp
  • Garlic chopped – 2 tsp
  • Red carrots sliced – 1/2 cup
  • Babycorn sliced – cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chicken stock or water – 5 cups
  • Sesame oil – 2 tsp

Method

  1. In a pot heat oil and saute garlic till light brown. Immediately add all the vegetables and saute for a minute. Now pour in the stock and give a boil. Lower the heat and add the chicken, noodles, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add sesame oil and remove. Serve hot.
