Ingredients

  • Chocolate Dark – 200 gms
  • Coffee Powder (instant) – 1tbsp
  • Cream – 100 ml
  • Cocoa powder – for dusting

Method

  1. Break chocolate into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl along with coffee. Heat a pan and pour cream, give it a quick boil and immediately add it to the chocolate. Cover and leave it for 5 mins.
  2. Using a spoon mix the molten chocolate & place the bowl in the fridge for 15 mins.
  3. Remove and using a warm spoon divide into equal parts. Using your hands roll them roughly. This might be a bit messy but rewarding. If the chocolate is giving difficulty while rolling them put it back in deep freezer for quick 5 mins.
  4. Once the balls are shaped dip them in cocoa powder, roll them evenly and serve.
