Yields: 1 Large Cup Servings
Ingredients
- Garlic Cloves – 12 nos
- Ice cubes – 4-5 nos
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
- Oil – 2 cups
Method
In a blender add garlic cloves, ice cubes, salt and lemon juice. Blend them together. And as they are still blending slowly pour oil into the blender.
Do this slowly and as the oil finishes the garlic dip will fluff up. Remove and serve cold.
