How to Cook Quick Barley Salad- Here is a quick barley salad recipe that you can toss up in matter of minutes.

Barley salad
Boiled pearl barley – 1 cup
Garlic Clove – ¼ no
Cucumber Chopped – ½ cup
Onion Chopped – 3tbsp
Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
Walnuts Toasted – handful
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Balsamic vinegar - 3tbsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - to taste
Mango Puree (sweetened) - 1/2 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Orange Segments - ½ cup
Lettuce Chunks Assorted - handful
Cherry tomato halved - handful

Method 

Finely chop the garlic and add it to the boiled & cooled barley. Add in rest of the ingredients and toss them together. Serve cold immediately.
