Ingredients

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped – 1tsp
  • Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum red chopped – 1tbsp
  • Tomatoes chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
  • Green chilly chopped – 1 no
  • Capsicum green chopped – 1tbsp
  • Capsicum yellow chopped – 1tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Method

Heat a pan add oil and sauce chopped garlic, ginger and green chilly. Add chopped onions and the peppers and stir for a minute. Now add chopped tomatoes and stir fry for 2 mins.

Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir and add whisked curd. Cook till the curd leaves water and dries up.

Add the cooked jeera rice. gently lift and mix the rice. Add chopped coriander and mint leaves and toss again. Remove and serve hot.
