Mutton Rassa

Ingredients
- Boneless lamb boti – 500gms
- oil – 200ml
- Ginger paste – 50 gms
- Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Peppercorn – 10 nos
- Onion chopped – 1 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste – 50gms
- Coriander powder -2 tbsp
- Garam masala -1 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped - 2 cups
Method
- Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and add pepper corn to it. Then add chopped onions. Saute till light brown, now add the ginger and garlic paste mixed with little water.
- Add turmeric, red chilly and coriander powder. Cook till oil surfaces. Now add the mutton, sprinkle salt and bhuno till 3/4 done.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and bhuno for another 10 mins. Water sufficient water and let it simmer till it is done.
- The mutton rassa is a thin curry with oil floating on top. It is best had with pao.
