Ingredients
- Charnamrit
Sabudana Vada
- Sabudana(soaked) – 1 cup
- Boiled potato – 2 nos
- Salt (vrat) – to taste
- Green chilly chopped – 1 no
- Cumin – 2 tsp
- Oil – for frying
Pumpkin Mash
- Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Banana Chips
- Raw banana – 2 nos
- Oil – to fry
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Charnamrit – Mix all the ingredients and whisk together and serve chilled.
- Sabudana Vada - Mix together all the ingredients and make into small patties and deep fry in hot oil and serve.
- Pumpkin Mash - Heat a pan and add butter. Add saunf and saute, Now add diced pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes, add salt and chilly powder and mash it. Cook for another 5-7 minutes and remove and serve.
- Banana Chips - Peel the raw banana, Heat the oil and slice the banana very thin in hot oil. Fry till cripsy, remove and sprinkle with salt and serve.
