Ingredients

  • Chocolate cake and/or chocolate muffins - 1/2 kg
  • Candies fruits - 2 tsps
  • Pista, almond, cashewnuts - 1 tbsp each chopped
  • Dark chocolate - 500 gms
  • Nutmeg powder - a pinch
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  • Clove powder - 1/4th tsp
  • Cardamom - 1 tsp
  • Rum - 120ml

Method

  1. Take a readymade sponge cake or muffins in a bowl and crush it. Add candied fruits and nuts to it. Add cinnamon, cardamom and clove powder and a pinch of nutmeg. Add some rum to this. Give round shape to the mixture. Plate these balls and deep freeze for an hour. After an hour, take out and shape again gently.  In a bowl take some molten chocolate and add some melted butter to this and mix. Dip the balls into the chocolate and quote. Take some molten white chocolate and cover on the balls. Put the balls in the fridge and cool.
