(A one jar quick starter, whipped in no time)

Ingredients
For Crusty Bread
French Loaf (small) – 1no
Butter – 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic – 2 tsp

For Chicken Dip
Boiled boneless chicken breast – 3 nos
Rosemary sprigs – 1 no
Celery chopped – 2 tbsp
Boiled egg – 1 no
Lemon rind – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Pepper powder – to taste
Cheese chunks (soft) – 1 cup
Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Roasted red pepper -½ no
Roasted yellow pepper -½ no
Parsley – few sprigs
Lemon – 1 no

Method
Slice the bread ½ inch thick. Mix together soft butter with chopped garlic. Lightly smear some butter on the bread slices. Heat a pan and on low heat grill the bread till it goes crunchy and toasted on both sides. Remove and keep aside.
In the mixer grinder jar add all the ingredients mentioned for the dip. Grind it to make it into a fine pureed dip or keep it a bit chunky. Keep an eye on the level of grinding by constantly checking on the consistency. Remove the jar and empty out the dip on to a bowl. Place the crusty bread alongside and serve.
