Ingredients
- Eggs – 15 no
- Khoya -150 Gms
- Almonds – 150 gms
- Maida for dusting
- Sugar – 300 gms
- oil – 100 ml
- Saffron -1/4 th gm
Method
- Soak the almonds for half-hour and make a paste out of it.
- Dry the saffron and make into powder.
- Rub together khoya and sugar till creamy.
- Separately whisk the eggs till frothy. Now add the khoya, almond paste, saffron and oil to the eggs.
- Mix well. Brush a baking tray with little oil and then dust with maida.
- Pour in the batter and bake in an oven at 180c till done.
