Ingredients

  • Eggs – 15 no
  • Khoya -150 Gms
  • Almonds – 150 gms
  • Maida for dusting
  • Sugar – 300 gms
  • oil – 100 ml
  • Saffron -1/4 th gm

Method

  1. Soak the almonds for half-hour and make a paste out of it.
  2. Dry the saffron and make into powder.
  3. Rub together khoya and sugar till creamy.
  4. Separately whisk the eggs till frothy. Now add the khoya, almond paste, saffron and oil to the eggs.
  5. Mix well. Brush a baking tray with little oil and then dust with maida.
  6. Pour in the batter and bake in an oven at 180c till done.
