Broccolini, Almonds,Burnt Butter

Ingredients
- Broccolini – 6 Stalks
- Almond Flakes – 1/2 cup
- Pepper – A pinch
- Salt – A pinch
Method
- Wash the broccolini and keep aside. Boil water in a deep vessel and add some salt.
- Add the broccolini to the boiling water for 20 seconds. Remove and keep it in iced water for 30 seconds, remove and keep aside.
- Heat a thick bottom pan and add butter. Toss in the almond flakes for 30 seconds. Add broccolini with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove and serve hot.
