Ingredients

  • Broccolini – 6 Stalks
  • Almond Flakes – 1/2 cup
  • Pepper – A pinch
  • Salt – A pinch

Method

  1. Wash the broccolini and keep aside. Boil water in a deep vessel and add some salt.
  2. Add the broccolini to the boiling water for 20 seconds. Remove and keep it in iced water for 30 seconds, remove and keep aside.
  3. Heat a thick bottom pan and add butter. Toss in the almond flakes for 30 seconds. Add broccolini with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove and serve hot.
