Ingredients

  • For Bhatti masala- Anardana powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly power - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Hung yogurt - 2 tbl spn
  • Olives pitted - 8 nos
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • For marinating the chicken:- Chicken strips - 8 nos
  • Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Lemon - 1/2 no
  • oil - 2 tbl spn
  • Wooden skewers - 8

Method

  1. Make the Bhatti masala by mixing all the spices.
  2. Separately marinate the chicken with salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 5mins. Whisk the yogurt with a spoon and add the Bhatti masala to it. Mix well and mari-nate the chicken with the masala.
  3. Place an olive on one end of the chicken and roll to make a roulade. Towards the end prick a wooden skewer to hold it.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 mins. Serve hot.
