Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookie – 4 nos
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coffee Powder (instant) – 3/4 tbsp
  • Orange Rind – 2 long strips
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Milk – 200ml
  • Brown Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Coffee Liqueur – 90ml
  • Fresh Cream – 100 ml

Method

  1. In a blender add 2 no oreo cookies. Pour milk, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, instant coffee powder, 60 ml coffee liqueur & orange rind. Blend it nicely and pour into a tall glass.
  2. Separately whip fresh cream with sugar. Once stiff mix in the 30ml coffee liqueur. Scoop the cream and drop on the latte. Break the remaining cookie onto the floating cream and serve.
