Ingredients
- Potato – 2 large
- Salt – to taste
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
- Mint chutney – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves – handful
- Oil - for frying
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
Method
- Wash and clean the potatoes.
- Without peeling them cut them into large chunks.
- Heat oil and deep fry them till they turn crisp on the outside and soft & cook from the inside.
- Remove the hot potatoes into a bowl and all the remaining ingredients and serve.
- Enjoy the chaat warm or cold.
