Ingredients

  • Potato – 2 large
  • Salt – to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Mint chutney – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves – handful
  • Oil - for frying
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Curd - 4 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Wash and clean the potatoes.
  2. Without peeling them cut them into large chunks.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry them till they turn crisp on the outside and soft & cook from the inside.
  4. Remove the hot potatoes into a bowl and all the remaining ingredients and serve.
  5. Enjoy the chaat warm or cold.
