Instant Mango Chutney or Gujarati Mango Chunda
Makes 450 GMs
Raw mango grated 350gms or 2cups
Sugar 350gms Or 1¾ Cups
Salt – to taste
Black Salt – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½tsp
Roasted Cumin – 2tsp
Water – ¾ cup
Method
In a pan add all the ingredients except water. On low heat cook for about 20mins.
Now add water and cook for another 5mins. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Then fill up a clean & dry glass jar with the ready chutney. Refrigerate and use within 2 months.
You can use this instant mango chutney with cheese, bread roti and meats.
