Ingredients

  • Baby Onions – 20-30nos
  • Beetroot diced – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – 1 tbsp (approx)
  • Green chilly – 2-3nos
  • Vinegar – 1½cup
  • Water – ½ cup

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir till the sugar dissolves. Now add the onions along with the liquid in a jar.
  • Keep the jar in the fridge and it will be ready to use after 24 hours. You can use it within 10 days.
