Ingredients

- Strawberry (halved) – 2 cups
- Balsamic vinegar – ¼ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 2tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black salt – ½ tsp
Method
- In a pan add all the ingredients together and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, cover & cook for 10mins. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. Now fill up a small jar and refrigerate it. You can use this chutney up to 4 weeks if refrigerated.
