Ingredients

    • Strawberry (halved) – 2 cups
    • Balsamic vinegar – ¼ cup
    • Sugar – ½ cup
    • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
    • Roasted Cumin Powder – 2tsp
    • Salt – to taste
    • Black salt – ½ tsp

Method

  1. In a pan add all the ingredients together and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, cover & cook for 10mins. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. Now fill up a small jar and refrigerate it. You can use this chutney up to 4 weeks if refrigerated.
