Vegetable Chowmein

Serves – 2

Prep Time – 15 mins

Cooking time – 25 mins

Oil – 2 tbsp

Ginger chopped – 1 tsp

Garlic chopped – 1 tsp

Onion sliced – ½ cup

Cabbage shredded – 1 cup

Carrot julienne – ½ cup

Peppers shredded – 1 cup

Noodles boiled – 2 cups

Light Soya sauce – 2 tbsp

Dark soya sauce – 1tbsp

Green Chilli sauce –  1 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Spring onions (chopped) – handful

Method

Heat a pan to high heat and add oil.

Add ginger & garlic and give a quick stir. Now add sliced onions, cabbage, carrots and peppers. Toss them for 2 minutes on high heat. Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper power and toss the noodles for 3-5 mins. Sprinkle spring onions, mix and remove from heat. Serve immediately.
