How to Cook Cheese Burst Parantha in Hindi

Serves – 4
Prep time – 15mins
Cooking time – 15mins

Atta – 2 cups
Maida – 2 cups
Mozzarella Cheese grated – 1¼cup 
Cheese slice – 4 nos
Cheddar cheese grated – 1¼cup
Italian Seasoning – 2 tbsp
Basil Leaves – few leaves 
Oil – for basting


For the dough, add maida, atta, salt, oil, water, and mix. Make it like a soft dough. Rest for 10-15 mins. Make small dough balls. For the stuffing, take some grated cheese. You can use mozzarella, yellow cheddar, regular cheddar and mix together. Add some carrots and beans to this (optional). Some olives and Italian seasoning to be added. 
Now roll out the dough and put a cheese slice on it and add the greater cheese stuffing and fold it. Roll it out again and add to a Tava. Put some oil on it and cook on both sides till golden brown. Remove, cut from the center and serve hot.
