How to Cook Veg Biryani Kebab

Ingredients
- Veg Biryani – 2 cups
- Boiled & mashed potato – 1 cup
- Cheese grated – ½ cup
- Green chilli chopped – 1no
- Coriander chopped - 2tbsp
- Salt - To taste
- Bread crumbs (dried) - for coating
- Oil - to fry
- All purpose Flour (maida) - ¼ cup
- Water - a dash
Method
- In a bowl add vegetable biryani, mashed potato, grated cheese, coriander and green chilli. Mix this in a bowl till mashed. The mixture is ready. Take out small amount of mixture in hands and give round shape.
- Now to make a thick battertake maida in a bowl, add water, salt and mix to make thick batter. In a plate, take bread crumbs. Mix the kebab in the batter and then in the bread crumb. Take some oil in a pan and heat. Add the kebabs to the pan and fry. Keep stirring till evenly brown on all sides. Take out the kebabs and plate.
