How to Cook Veg Biryani Kebab

Serves – 4

Ingredients

  • Veg Biryani – 2 cups
  • Boiled & mashed potato – 1 cup
  • Cheese grated – ½ cup
  • Green chilli chopped – 1no
  • Coriander chopped - 2tbsp
  • Salt - To taste
  • Bread crumbs (dried) - for coating
  • Oil - to fry
  • All purpose Flour (maida) - ¼ cup
  • Water -  a dash

Method

  1. In a bowl add vegetable biryani, mashed potato, grated cheese, coriander and green chilli. Mix this in a bowl till mashed. The mixture is ready. Take out small amount of mixture in hands and give round shape.
  2. Now to make a thick battertake maida in a bowl, add water, salt and mix to make thick batter. In a plate, take bread crumbs. Mix the kebab in the batter and then in the bread crumb. Take some oil in a pan and heat. Add the kebabs to the pan and fry. Keep stirring till evenly brown on all sides. Take out the kebabs and plate.
