Ingredients

Sweet Peda Lassi

  • Curd – 1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes – 5-6no
  • Khoya mashed – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder – a pinch
  • Pista chopped – a pinch

Mango Lassi

  • Curd – 1 1/2 cup
  • Mango diced – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Kewra water – a dash
  • Cardamom powder – a pinch
  • Ice cubes – 5-6no
  • Malai – 1 tbsp
  • Pista chopped – a pinch

Salted Lassi

  • Curd – 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Roasted cumin
  • Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
  • Green chilly chopped – 1/2 tsp
  • Ice cubes – 5-6no
  • Coriander chopped - a pinch

Method

  1. For sweet lassi mix together curd, sugar and ice cubes in a blender. Blend it till it is smooth, pour in a glass. Mash together khoya, cardamom powder and a tsp of sugar. Make small balls of peda. Drop these pedal in a glass and pour lassi over it and serve immediately garnished with pista. For salted lassi mix all the ingredients in a blender except coriander. Blend it till it is smooth, pour and serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves. For Mango Lassi mix all the ingredients in a blender except pista. Blend it till it is smooth, pour and serve immediately garnished with pista.
