Ingredients

  • Desi Ghee – 3/4 cup
  • Garlic cloves – 7-8 nos
  • Salt – to taste
  • Dry red chilly – 5-6nos
  • Mutton – 350 gms
  • Water – 1 lt

Method

  • Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add dry red chillies and garlic cloves and sauté for 2 minutes on low heat. Add mutton and bhunno it for 15 minutes. Now add salt and water and cover and cook till mutton is tender. Remove and serve with hot breads.
