Rocket & Cheese Pakora

Ingredients
- Rocket Leaves – 1 cup
- Spinach leaves – 1 cup
- Green Chilly chopped – 1 no
- Ajwain – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Onion sliced - 1cup
- Cheese Cubes - 10 nos
- Besan - 1 cup
- Hing - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Chopped - 1tbsp
- Oil - to Deep Fry
Method
- Wash and dry the rocket(arugula) leaves and place them in a bowl. Now add besan, sliced onions, green chiily, ajwain, hing, salt, chilly powder, turmeric, ginger chopped and a splash of water to make a thick batter. Mix well and take a small portion in your hand about the size of a golf ball. in the center place a cube of cheese. Shape into a round ball and immediately deep fry on medium heat. Remove once it gets a ight brown colour from the outside.
