Ingredients

  • Burfee – 200 gms
  • Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
  • Coconut powder dried – 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Mash the burfee and add dried dessicated coconut. Mix well and put this mixture into a oven proof dish. Press it down so that it settles.
  2. Place the dish in to a pre heated oven at 180c for 10 mins, until the top gets little colour. Remove and immediately place a scoop of ice cream and serve.
