  • Broccoli florets - 1/4 cup
  • Mushrooms - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk thick - 2 cups
  • Egg noodles (boiled) - 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Fried garlic flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander sprigs - for garnish
