Ingredients
- Flour – 200gm
- Castor sugar- 40gm
- Fresh ginger -10gm
- Baking powder -3gm
- Salt-5gm
- Brown sugar -80gm
- Ginger powder- 20gm
- Egg-1no.
- Butter – 100gm
Method
- Cream butter and sugar,gradually adding eggs.
- Fold in flour and rest of the ingredients.
- Make small balls of 20gms each, place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 12min.
