Ingredients

  • Flour – 200gm
  • Castor sugar- 40gm
  • Fresh ginger -10gm
  • Baking powder -3gm
  • Salt-5gm
  • Brown sugar -80gm
  • Ginger powder- 20gm
  • Egg-1no.
  • Butter – 100gm

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar,gradually adding eggs.
  2. Fold in flour and rest of the ingredients.
  3. Make small balls of 20gms each, place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 12min.
