Ingredients
- Candid orange peel - 50gms
- Tutty fruity - 50gms
- Cashewnut - 50 gms
- Nutmeg powder - a pinch
- Butter unsalted - 40 gms
- Almond crushed - 50gms
- Raisins - 50gms
- Refined flour - 40 gms
- Honey - 100 ml
Method
- Melt butter and honey over slow flame together. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Remove from fire and using a spoon make small balls around 20gms each.
- Place them on a greased tart mould and bake for 12 min at 180c.
- Allow to cool and demould. Serve at room temperature.
