Ingredients

  • Candid orange peel - 50gms
  • Tutty fruity - 50gms
  • Cashewnut - 50 gms
  • Nutmeg powder - a pinch
  • Butter unsalted - 40 gms
  • Almond crushed - 50gms
  • Raisins - 50gms
  • Refined flour - 40 gms
  • Honey - 100 ml

Method

  1. Melt butter and honey over slow flame together. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Remove from fire and using a spoon make small balls around 20gms each.
  2. Place them on a greased tart mould and bake for 12 min at 180c.
  3. Allow to cool and demould. Serve at room temperature.
