Prawns with Wilted Mustard

Ingredients
- Prawns (medium peeled) -8 nos
- oil – 1 1/2 tbl spn
- Garlic chopped – 1tbl spn
- Black pepper pwd – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Mustard leaves – 3 cups
- Onion chopped – 2 tbl spn
- Green chilly chopped – 2 tsp
- Coriander pwd - 2 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Method
- Boil water and add the washed mustard leaves for 15 seconds and take them out. Imme-diately place them in chilled water. Remove and drain excess water. Chop the mustard and keep side.
- Heat oil and add the onion, garlic, green chilly and saute them till transparent. Now add the prawns and toss them for a minute.
- Add chopped mustard leaves and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and coriander pwd and saute for another minute.
- Now toss in the chilli flakes and serve hot.
