Ingredients

  • Prawns (medium peeled) -8 nos
  • oil – 1 1/2 tbl spn
  • Garlic chopped – 1tbl spn
  • Black pepper pwd – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard leaves – 3 cups
  • Onion chopped – 2 tbl spn
  • Green chilly chopped – 2 tsp
  • Coriander pwd - 2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Method

  • Boil water and add the washed mustard leaves for 15 seconds and take them out. Imme-diately place them in chilled water. Remove and drain excess water. Chop the mustard and keep side.
  • Heat oil and add the onion, garlic, green chilly and saute them till transparent. Now add the prawns and toss them for a minute.
  • Add chopped mustard leaves and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and coriander pwd and saute for another minute.
  • Now toss in the chilli flakes and serve hot.
