Ingredients

  • Puffed Rice -3 cups
  • Honey – 1/2 cup
  • Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Butter – 50gms
  • Almonds chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate (optional) – 1/2 cup

Method

  • Apply some butter on a tray and keep aside.
  • Melt butter and honey in a pan on slow heat. add all the ingredients and mix together on low heat. Make sure that the mixture is neither too sticky or too dry.
  • Add the puffed rice, almonds & coconut and stir so that the rice puffs should be coated evenly. Immediately transfer it to the tray and lightly press. allow it to cool completely. If its too hot outside, you can refrigerate for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into squares or bars and serve.
  • You can always coat them with molten chocolate if you like.
