Spaghetti with Tomato Olives and Parmesan

Ingredients
- Spaghetti – a handful
- Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
- Olive sliced - 2 tbsp
- White wine -1/4 cup
- Pepper powder - to taste
- Parsley chopped - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Chilly flakes -1/2 tsp
- Cherry tomato halved - 10 no
- Salt - to taste
- Parmesan cheese grated - 2 tbsp
Method
- Boil water and add pasta to it. Boil for 8 mins and remove it. Heat a pan and saute chopped garlic.
- Add tomato and olives and saute for 2 mins. Add white wine and allow the wine to reduce. Add the pasta and toss it gently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta for 2 mins. Now add the grated cheese and parsley, toss for 2 seconds and remove to a serving plate. Serve hot with crisp bread.
