Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour – 400gms
  • Spring onion – 50gms
  • Kalonji – 1tsp
  • Feta cheese -100gms
  • Pepper powder -1tsp
  • oil – 75ml

Method

  • Place the flour in a paraat and make a well. Slowly add some water and make a stiff dough. Let it rest for 10 mins. Make balls of equal size.
  • Dry roast the kalonji and add to mashed cheese. Finely chop spring onions and add to the cheese with pepper powder.
  • Heat the tawa and oil with oil. Put the parantha on hot tawa cook on both sides, now apply oil and cook till it is done. Serve hot.
